Our friend, Clyde and me enjoyed a strudel. Clyde was savoring the moment to when he could get his hands on a strudel. There were many vendors selling strudels and cream puffs, but only two particular vendors made them just right. Clyde wasn't picky when it came to the cream puff and settled for the common kind, which is made with whipped cream, and two vendors down from there, was the authentic cream puff which I bought, made with a creamy custard and no chocolate frosting, just lightly dusted with powder sugar. The Strudel we found later in the day, at the other end from where we bought the cream puffs. The Strudels were just as good. Mine was Apricot Almond flavor and his was cherry flavored. So rich in flavor. YUM!
